CACAO aka "Food for the Gods"
Cacao is ancient, sacred & powerful. It is believed to have originated from the Mayan civilization. It is the seeds of the fruit of the Theobroma cacao tree.
This is not ceremonial grade cacao, but amazingly powerful for your daily dose. My recommendation would be purchasing ceremonial grade cacao for daily maximum benefits and/or Journey ceremonies!
Here is the recipe I use with my Organic Cacao Powder. Tons of recipes online. Try changing your am coffee for an am Sacred Cacao!

2 TBS of organic cacao powder
1 TBS of raw organic honey
1/2 cup of water (I use alkaline water)
1 cup of non-dairy milk of your choice (I use almond milk)
1 pinch of cinnamon
Mix the ingredients in a pot and whisk as it heats to your preferred temperature.
